Below are basic descriptions of the private sessions I offer. Sessions take place by phone or Skype.
For individuals and couples. Everyone starts here. Includes:
- You’ll fill out a couple of questionnaires before your first phone or Skype session. This information serves as a basis of your personal exploration, to illuminate what’s needed and wanted, create your new trajectory, and refine your journey as you go.
- You’ll have a total of six sessions. Three long sessions by phone or Skype — 1-1/2 hours each. And three shorter sessions. (30 minutes each).
- Extra assignments: videos, reading materials, and writing activities will be given on topics specific to you and what you’re working on.
- Email support.
This 3 month Program follows “Getting Started” and focuses on helping you create change and establish positive momentum in the areas that are most important to you.
There are variations available for individuals, individuals maintenance level, part individual/part couple and couple.
Below is the basic pattern, and if you contact me, I’ll send you details about the options.
- 2 full sessions by Skype or phone (every other week) 1-1/2 hours each.
- 6 Quick check in’s (20 min) on the weeks you don’t have sessions. This keeps you on track and in touch.
- Email support for questions.
- Follow up written exercises customized for you and your needs.
- Special videos, reading material and active assignments (I’ll explain!) in between Skype/phone sessions.
A combined price for those ready to proceed.
